Why would I tailor programs just for women? Simple. In all my years of mentoring, most phone calls on behalf of relationships are from women—as natural nurturers, they feel the discord in their lives deeply and profoundly.

I love working with women. In fact, I've watched many create dramatic change in their lives. Sometimes it's not easy because women can often hide, ignore or tolerate pain. And frequently I find women meeting their needs through relationships outside of their partner, such as through friends, or other women's groups or self-help gatherings.
